Hey there, and welcome to the MD Buildworks blog! I'm Matt, the founder of MD Buildworks, and I'm thrilled to have you here for our very first blog post.

Let me start by introducing myself. I'm a proud San Franciscan born and raised. From cheering on Barry Bonds at Giants games to wandering the halls of George Washington High School, I've had my fair share of adventures in this city growing up. And who could forget those lazy afternoons spent at Ocean Beach, epic bike rides across the Golden Gate Bridge, and rocking out at the Alice 97.3 Summerthing Concerts in Golden Gate Park with my church Youth Group? Ah, those were the days!

Now, let's talk about MD Buildworks and how it came to be. You see, my passion for building and design runs deep. From a young age, I found myself drawn to the world of construction, spending weekends tinkering in my dad’s workshop and working with him on home renovation projects. As I grew older, I pursued my academic interests at UC Davis, where I majored in Civil Engineering. After graduating, I gained valuable experience working on a wide range of diverse projects. Fast forward to today, and I'm proud to say that I've turned that passion into MD Buildworks.

But it's not just about the construction—it's about the journey. From our very first consultation to the final walkthrough, we're here to guide you every step of the way and make this a memorable experience. Our approach is all about collaboration, communication, and a healthy dose of creativity. After all, your home should be a reflection of you, and we're here to make sure it shines.
